The Essential Support Package offers everything you need to feel confident, educated, and supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Included in the Essential Support Package:
★ 3 Prenatal Appointments
Prenatal visits are a mix of education and support. We’ll cover labor comfort measures, partner support, and any questions you have so you can head into birth feeling confident and prepared. We’ll create a birth plan that is right for you!
★ Labor & Delivery Support
During labor, I (your doula) offer hands-on comfort, encouragement, and guidance, while supporting your preferences and working alongside your care team.
★ 3 Weeks of Postpartum Visits
These visits focus on practical support and reassurance, from newborn care and feeding help to household support while you rest and recover. You deserve an extra set of hands!
★ Ongoing Support Via text & call
Ongoing support doesn’t stop at visits—I’m available via text and call for questions, check-ins, and encouragement from 9am-5pm or within 24 hours of your message!

The Complete care package is designed to give you everything you need and more to feel supported and empowered in the transition of motherhood, whether it be your first time, or your fifth! This package takes a more elongated and in-depth approach, ensuring your desires and needs are met!

INITIAL LATCH BREASTFEEDING GUIDANCE:
Assistance provided during early breastfeeding to help establish an effective latch and proper positioning. Support focuses on ensuring the infant achieves a deep latch, promoting comfortable feeding, and encouraging efficient milk transfer to support successful breastfeeding initiation.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT:
Compassionate support to help parents feel heard, reassured, and confident throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Guidance focuses on reducing stress, building confidence, and promoting emotional well-being during this important transition.

Payment Plans are available! If an up front cost is not doable for you, I am more than happy to accommodate! You can choose to spread the cost over time, ensuring that the balance is paid in full before the birth of your baby. This allows you to receive the support you desire while managing your budget wisely!
